User-Generated Digital Asset Responsibility

By using our service, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your actions when interacting or engaging with cryptocurrency. Memecoins, often used as a term for low-fidelity, highly volatile cryptocurrencies that often fluctuate, are often dealt with when using our service. This means you may unintentionally lose value or gain value if interacting with said memecoins. We do not ensure any form of refund, reimbursement, or assistance regarding your interactions with them. We merely serve as a gateway for the decentralized exchanges (DEXs) we support. Whether they provide any sort of support is under their discretion. On the Solana network, as well as a majority of crypto networks, transactions are decentralized, meaning you cannot “freeze” or “chargeback” funds, or any sort of term that may be affiliated with centralized exchanging of funds. Once a transaction is finalized, it cannot be undone under any circumstance. You are responsible for determining whether an investment into user-generated digital assets is within your best interest. By using our service, you are aware of the potential risks such as any associated loss or liability. For more information regarding the risks and responsibilities with digital assets, please do consult a financial advisor, or any source that may provide reputable information.

Eligibility

To be eligible to use our service, you agree that you:

• (i) are able to access the service independently
• (ii) can enter and comply with these terms, barring your region from interfering with our operations.
• (iii) are subject to analytical, statistical, or Personal Data in interest to our desire
• (iv) are not using automated services that may disrupt our service
• (v) are aware of the potential risks of working in a Digital Asset field

To briefly emphasize, we do use automated bots. However, our usage of bots is in the best interest of our program. Using any unsolicited software or externally tampering with our program is a direct violation of our Terms of Use. You may read more on this topic below. Our criteria may differ from similar services. When updated, we will let you know of any changes as soon as possible.

NEO Services

You may use our services to any degree supported within our website. You are not allowed to tamper in any sort of way that would disrupt our services. This means, when you are credited with an account, you are not allowed to share, sell, or exploit any potential invulnerabilities that may be affiliated with your account. You are not allowed to falsely defame our service or our representatives. Spreading of misinformation, whether that be abusive, defamatory, dishonest, unprecedented, or nonsensical allegations intended to manipulate and spread false narratives. It should be noted that you are completely free to share your distaste with this service or any affiliate, but to share dangerous misinformation that may lead to concerns regarding Applicable Laws are not taken lightly. Violating this provision will result in a termination or suspension of your account, or further actions if necessary.

User Fees

We collect a 1% creation fee on deployed tokens. The 1% scales off of the developer buy that you enter, and we do not take any other fees. This 1% creation fee is our own, and we may change it as we see fit. Other services that we utilize, such as pump.fun or bonk.fun have their own respective fees. We do not have access to change their fees, and we cannot claim any monetization off of them. External fees also include an RPC tip, priority fee, or GWEI based on the network you deploy on. These fees can be changed in the settings. If we ever change our creation fee, we will make necessary efforts to inform users ahead of time.

Automated Services

We use bots to support some of our services. Our usage of automated activity is vital to maintain key components of our service. To those affected by our automation, please contact our support for further negotiations. We do not have any malicious intent in order to support our services, and we take appropriate measures to circumnavigate any potential problems and to prioritize ethics as well as practicality. Our automated services will never:

• Use your information without authorization
• Use your hardware without authorization
• Attempt to cause harm to others; whether that be in a social, economic, or conformist form
• Gather unsolicited information
• Act independently (they must be allowed permission by a user)

By using our service, you accept that the bots we use are operated in an ethical order, and you are responsible for the automation you have access to. Other automated services that you cannot interact with are, of course, not your responsibility.

Exclusive Benefits

Some members may have exclusive access to updates and tools ahead of the public. Selling of these services are centralized, and are not to be sold by anyone outside of our team. Whether you are eligible to purchase or apply for exclusive benefits is up to our discretion. We ask that those members do not share information about their exclusive features unless given permission. Failure to comply with this may result in revoked permissions, as well as potential compensation. Members should also note that their features and benefits are not guaranteed, as we may release them to public users, or they may be removed entirely. Not all exclusive benefits will be offered for sale. Not all exclusive benefits remain available online for the entire expected period. It is in our best interest to prioritize exclusive user benefits, but we do not ensure refunds or reimbursements if not satisfied. If you have paid for an exclusive permission privately, you are entitled to a 24-hour refund window. Some exceptions may apply.

Downtime

During crucial updates, our service will become temporarily disabled for all users. This is what we refer to as downtime, and we ask that during these periods, you comply with our respective measures. Downtime is universal, meaning all users will be affected. We ask that users patiently wait for further instructions in any case.

Unauthorized Permission

As briefly stated previously, please use our services for their intended purposes. If caught exploiting or utilizing our resources to attack others or ourselves, we will take appropriate measures. If you have been suspended, you may also appeal your suspension if you deem the punishment unfit. You may be suspended for, but not limited to:

• Breaching our Terms of Service
• Using the NEO program in a manner that causes harm to others
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Providing false information
• Attempting to gain unauthorized control over our services
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract valuable site information, such as source code
• Spreading viruses; malware, adware, etc.

Discontinue of Services

As of this update, we plan to operate at a scale respective to that of the market we are well-acquainted in. We do not have any plans to discontinue our entire operation, however if unprecedented problems arise throughout our activity, we may be forced to edit or remove features or services. By using our service, you agree that you are not entitled or subject to compensation if we remove, edit, or lock features. If you have paid for a feature, we prioritize keeping them in service but do not guarantee a refund or compensation. If we make the conscious decision to change our services, we will let proper users know as soon as possible.

Governing Jurisdiction

Despite our Terms, your governing law may overrule our agreements. The services we maintain may not be in accordance with that of your jurisdiction (e.g, British Virgin Islands, China, Cuba, Great Britain, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia). Please familiarize yourself with potential crypto/digital-asset regulations in your area, as well as our supported services, particularly Pump.fun, BONKFun, and Four.meme.

Binding Agreement

You acknowledge that you must read these Terms, including the documents referenced in these Terms, such as our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for providing a concern or inquiry if necessary, and you are responsible to use this service under your own jurisdiction.
